Proof-of-action is now submitted in the g+ by Galvan app.

Just click Rewards, then NFTs/Proof-of-Action, then select your NFT and upload your proof-of-action.

Submissions are reviewed before approval, and once approved, updates appear in Action History and on your dashboard.

A g+ subscription is not required to submit proof, but a Galvan account and wallet are needed to hold and activate NFTs. Digital Gym Membership holders only need to submit proof of membership once, and proof of action can be submitted once per day.
